***League and Tournament Hosts***
 
AS OF:  January 1st, 2009

1) All games which include athletes over the age of 14 years old will be required to have two officials. Unless officials are not available, two officials required on all game for 15 and over.
 
2) An event host is NOT allowed to acquire their own officials without going through the Zone Assignor!!!
 ALL zone policies MUST be followed ( two officials / all officials must be USAWP certified as referees).
If an event host does not follow zone policies, event Sanction will be null and void.
 
3) All league and tournament schedules ( schedules submitted shall at a minimum, identify game times and pool sites) must be submitted to the PSW Zone Assignor (Gary Hull), a minimum of 9 days prior to the first game scheduled.
If schedules are submitted late, the fees are as follows:

All games will be posted on Arbiter

All late fees must be acknowledged to be due and owing prior to the assignment of officials.

 

4) All payments for events shall be paid within 14 days. If this is not done, future events may lose their sanction approval.

 

5) If games are changed or cancelled less than 12 hours prior to change, event host is responsible for payment to officials based on original schedule assigned.

 

6) Any event which consists of more than 28 teams, the event host be be required to pay a head official fee which will be reasonable based on the number of teams entered. This fee will be agreed upon by zone committee and event host.
